Censorship or Restriction?

How come you can't mention anything relating to other alternative site.Curious if this is a general rule or special privilege reserved for premium members

Do you think too many restrictions here on fab.

?Tesco won't Advertise Sainsbury's but neither store can place restrictions on their customers mentioning the competitor?

We feel the FAB owners won't want to lose members to other sites and quite rightly so. However, people will look elsewhere for more options regardless if they’re allowed to mention another site or not.

To continue the analogy - mentioning other sites in the forums is like standing in tesco with a banner saying 'go to sainsbury's'. I think tesco would be understandably miffed at this and would ask them to cease and desist

It's more likely that other sites don't wanna turn up in search results for a swinging site and they may have complained about it previously and wanted their names removed from here.

Well they regularly claim otherwise, and don't treat their paying customers as such, however tiny a sum it is.
