So how do you like to meet people from fabs? We like to do a casual social first to gauge chemistry and meet the people first (we have all had the pics from 10yrs ago scenario).

We are a bit fussy but find this is a great way to see people without any embarrassment. Met some great people that we will be playing with.

Any of you had that meet where you had to have them from the off???

We always have a social first in a pub or coffee shop.

For us it's the best way to see if the spark and attraction is right.

I've tried to arrange little evening get togethers for a dozen or so at mine, just a social thing over dinner or drinks .. sort of a get to know people but I've found people somewhat apathetic in the main ...

on a personal note I do prefer to meet someone on a social basis first

Never do social only meets, socials with a view to play that night are our thing, if you don’t want to rip each other’s clothes off and ravish each other when you meet we doubt you will in a weeks time, for all the chat, being in agreement, a spark and fancying each other has no real bearing on if the play will be fun

We like a social first. Sounds incredibly cliche but all four must have a mutual attraction. Nobody should end up ‘taking one for the team’. The play would definitely feel forced/fake, not erotic in the slightest. We’re aware that it could take time to find a matching couple but hey, what’s the rush? All good things come to those that wait

I prefer social first on neutral ground but if they don’t meet the standard even the social won’t happen

I’ve been lucky so far ... met some great guys who I’ve gone on to enjoy some seriously good fun with

Social great way to judge the standards for sure....manner politeness...etiquette etc

We always had a social first. Many many years ago We were meeting a couple in a pub- pics looked ok (We always like to give the benefit of the doubt as some people aren't photogenic) when we saw them walk past the window, We both wanted to run . We didn't, of course- had a drink said the code word and left. If it had have been a play meet ,it would have been very embarrassing

We like to go to the big organised socials, we can meet old friends, make new ones, and meet anyone we have been messaging. We also book a hotel, so if things go really well we can invite someone back for a bit of fun.

We don't mind doing 1 on 1 socials either, and sometimes that's easier to arrange.

They message me; I like the message; we chat on here a while and then exchange numbers, then arrange to meet. I rarely have a social meet before the sex.

Had a few meets where people weren’t exactly like their pics/ profile text, so socials first meet all the way now.

I got my fingers burnt from taking a risk, going against what I would normally do and decided to meet without social first.

After a very bad experience I advise anyone to have a social first. No matter how nice or how long you have spoke for.

Certainly learnt my lesson the hard way

Our time is limited so like to chat on here and arrange a meet with a view to playing that night or just go to a club find a couple we get on with and get our bums into a playroom and get down to it

I/we would rather walk away wanting more rather than regret going too far too soon.

Apart from anything else, walking away and wanting more leaves us with something to talk about and to tease eachother with
