I’ve seen more dodgy boob jobs than I have good ones. Wonky nipples, weird lumps and bumps etc.....

I grew a decent pair myself, so have never ventured down that path

Also a cancer survivor and know if it’s returns I’m likely to loose at least one breast if not both I still wouldn’t opt for surgery completely yet content in who I am and that person is so much more than walking pair of tits

They aren't fake unless they are detachable and can be put in a box under the bed...

Lovely boobs are sexy end of despite size, natural or enhanced. Mine are homegrown got bigger as I've padded out but for those gym bunnies or very slim women then if they have surgery to feel sexy its their choice. We have been lucky to play with a mix of all x
