If you read on a profile that the person didn't want to meet women with a dress size larger than by adding their dress size number together is greater than their shoes size...

16 = 7, so size 7 shoes or less is fine.

I can see how it might help to meet women in proportion so to speak...

Have yo thought this through?

For a size 10 woman you'd need her to have size one feet - for a size 12 size three feet, and for a size eight woman you'd have a woman with size eight feet, which might get her a job in a circus as a clown but would look pretty odd.

And if you met a size 0 woman she'd have to be an amputee under your system. Good work there...

So not, not offended, but amazed at how some people manage to walk and breathe att he same time...

Ridiculous as I have been a size 6 almost all my life and my weight has been up and down as well including 2 pregnancies. Now I am teetering between a 5-6 in fact I have found that some of my favourite size 6 shoes are way too big. Now is that due to recently being diagnosed with having a high instep in my right foot, is it due to getting older or is it due to my weight loss and now a size 12

Maybe it needs to be the other way round, a woman's shoe size is not to be larger than her dress size (dress 18 = 9 shoes, 4 shoes = 13 or less dress)

I think that makes sense

How the feck is that in proportion,i am 5'5 tall.Almost six foot in heels....if my feet were the same size as my 12 year olds i would look v odd indeed!

16 after christmas so size 7 feet, that is not where the chocolate goes!

to be a size 6 then I gotta be a size 15?

and what about height. I am 5'8" if me feet were smaller I'd probs fall over.

if im reading it right you add the first and the second number of your dress size together to get your show size, so if your a size 12 your shoes size should be a 3? a size 14 a 5? 16 a 7? etc

what if your a dress size 8?

my daughter is a size 12 but is around 6ft tall if she was a shoe size 3 she'd fall over every time she stood up lol

I'm a size 22 but have feet way bigger than a dinky size 4. I'm a shoe size 7 so I clearly need to lose weight and become a size 16 in order to fit my feet.
