Arrange to meet a couple for a social, few drinks out with no expectations. Help calm the nerves and if all get on can arrange a play meet.

Clubs a good option as well, can go along and chat to people, do not have to do anything, just have a drink and a laugh. Can get to know people or just go with the flow and see what happens there.

Few social meets so when the actual night comes it's not a complete stranger. Limits are set and a safe word agreed and understood if its not going well that you can just stop.
