Funnily enough some scientists have studied the fluid women expel when 'squirting' and while I can't recall the details I do remember than in a decent proportion of those studied much of the fluid was urine. I think this must be in part because women aren't, so far as I'm aware, equipped with tissue to produce and expel a special 'orgasm' liquid, although of corse women's sexuality is famously understudied and hard to study...
