Have been waxed in the past. The thought of it was far worse than the reality. I went to a specialist male waxing salon. Stays smooth for longer, although it took a couple of sessions to get optimal smoothness. Go for it.

Cheaper doing it yourself all you need is a plastic char a pair of under ripe bananas and some gaffer tape. Oh and your wax.

I have a back and crack. To be honest the back hurts more and not very much. They use different wax on the back compared to the ass. It's much nicer, especially if you like being rimmed.
