I was on POF for maybe a month not long after splitting with my ex. I was trying to get a date. Not a relationship or hook up, just a date for hanging out with a light hearted profile. It was just as much hard work getting conversation as it is on here trying to get a meet, in my view anyway.

If I was to return there with the aim of getting NSA this time, should I approach it with blatantly? Is it a certain age bracket which seeks NSA on there? Many of the female profiles seemed averse to that sorta thing.

Well, they say they are looking for different things until you actually start talking to them. Then it's NSA hook ups.

Not on all occasions, I think the site does give you the opportunity to be honest from the start, and it is free to message. A lot of women do seem to be guarded and have their standards though. Sometimes it seems hard and sometimes it seems easy to get a date. A lot easier to get a date there than it is here.
