Received slightly reluctantly at first but learned to let go and found it surprisingly enjoyable. Just remember lots of lube and gentle opening up with one finger, then two etc. Oh and I find a bit of rimming helps to relax me too!

Yeah do whatever relaxes you.... Which varies from person to person. For me, it is receiving a hard spanking or paddling to my bum. For others it can be snuggles, gentle talking, receiving a hand job etc.
