Photos from profile in message.

Why do people send messages that have photos in but are the 2 or 3 that are on their profile.

If i get a message the first thing I do is click the name and look at profile. Then read message and its the same pictures x

I have no idea.

I only send private or (rarely) friends only pictures.

I don't know about other demographics, but I get the sense that people think a face picture is a magic wand for women. To the point where some guys will attach a face picture to every message they send. I don't even ask for face pictures! It feels a bit formulaic and weird.

On your earlier post, my private pictures are my face and a full nude, and I'm uncomfortable making those public.

It's possible, but it's still annoying. The first thing many women and couples do, before opening messages, is read profiles. I would have thought that was pretty common knowledge. (also, often these pictures are really not enticing and/or things I specifically say I'm not after. In my case, attaching a cock shot means I'm not going to reply)

It’s not really upto me to tell people what pictures they put up and of what and the attachment of a phallus pic usually means it’s the owners best attribute

Not everyone looks at profiles and first impressions count for many. No impression just means a delete and onto the next message without looking at profiles.

I agree with you OP as I've always thought the same. If someone messages me and they send me a pic from their public gallery and it's only from the neck down I just don't see the point in it as I can go and look on their profile myself

Why send a private picture. Isn't that's why it's private?. I never send pictures anyway. And that's even to profiles who state you should or the message will be deleted ha. They only say that to ward off ones they don't like so they can pick and choose. Let's be honest nobody who got a message from someone who they thought was really nice,would delete that message because the person didn't send a face picture,or a picture. Thread closed. Lexi
