See I normally do that when I’m d*unk bending to unloosen my shoes instead of sitting down but end up arse over. I do quite impressive forward rolls for a d*unk person

Me too... I don’t think it’s anything to do with size or flexibility.. it’s leg to torso and arm ratio .. shorter legs and long torso and/or arms will surely make it easier?
