Got back together with D two weeks ago, this weekend we had our first MMF together.

Before this I had been a bit mystified by couples that said swinging brings them closer together, but now I'm beginning to understand. I think it boils down to the trust required from either side. I've not felt as close to D as I do now (and neither of us can stop grinning too!)

I dunno, it took me a while and it was a rollercoaster of emotions at first but defo worth it to the point that now I think those who don't do it are merely insecure in their relationship. Life is for learning and it teaches you how to take control of jealousy.
