Finding social events

Can anyone help me with finding social events in my area?

My area is the wf12 to leeds area.

Easiest thing is to search the Meets and Parties board on the forum or to use the Meets tab on the site.

Lots of events at quest Leeds, plus there are lots of socials in this area, have a look on the forum, there is a Leeds social 3 Nov I think x

There is that many posts that a lot of the social meets got flooded down the pages.

Use the forum search tool for: Leeds. If that doesn't bring up anything you want make it a search for: Leeds Social.

I’m going to have a look at see what there is but my problem is getting to them, I don’t drive and public transport can either end up expensive or not run late enough, it’d be nice to find someone to go with but although I get offers for lifts they come with an expectation to play with that person specifically instead of just social or allowing me to choose when I’m there, I do t want to be rude to the person driving or take advantage but also don’t want to feel obligated, it’s a catch 22
