What's wrong with that?

He's just making sure he doesn't message you again know he's not your type!

Just a little weird. I had the decency to reply after the second message.

But each of there own. I wouldnt message someone a second time if no reply to the first one.

As you can see when clicking on that profile that you have already sent a message less then 8h ago

I think you're taking it a bit too personally, as others have said, it stops your paths crossing in the future, I block anyone who messages and isn't my type, once I've replied to say thanks but no thanks.

It's not personal, just another helpful filter to keep the ones you don't want out of the mix

Definitely don't see it as an issue. Maybe he's blocked you so you don't come up on searches and message you again. His way of using the site tools isn't weird at all. Why do you think it's weird?

I read the first message when i woke this morning.

The second one about half hour ago. So i just said sorry not my type and he blocked me after. I was just being polite

He's obviously blocking you so he doesn't message again.

Why did you look after you said not your type?

Hes probably done it so he knows not to bother you again , no point wasting time messaging the same people if theyre not interested . Saves you being pestered by people you arent interested in too

I kind of appreciate it when people do that. I don't automatically block people I've turned down because it feels a bit much but at least I know they won't be messaging again.

I got blocked once for giving a couple some amiable advice about Leeds clubs, at their request. They gave a fulsome and appreciative response, then blocked me.

There’s nowt so queer...etc etc
