Why would a guy want to arrange meet but refuse to send an up to date face pic and says just wait and see?

Am I missing something?

This, we ask for face pic and get them 4+yrs old. We've had pics from about 8yrs before. They say they've not changed.

He's of a couple but maybe playing alone yet he's got half a dozen good veri's as one of a couple. Only other thing is, is he's a tradesman and we live not overly far from him..

Well it may be just me as man is working that morning. This guy say's he's a bull and what he say's is arousing but I wonder if the refusal is indeed more arrogance of playing the part of a bull?

seems to be alot of them out there that say they are couples and when asked for pics they wont send but if you send they are happy with that and dont return.. too many pic collectors and fake people

You should have alarm bells ringing.

I would tell him unless he sends an update pic the meet doesn't go ahead.

I would ask for a full frontal pic. Tell him it doesn't have to be a naked pic. If he sends you a full frontal pic ypou can check out his body size and face.
