It can mean they are fake,it can mean they are shy,it can mean they aren't much to look at,it can mean many things.

One thing for sure is,you don't have to contact them if you don't want to.

I often thought this until I got a message from a faceless ac punt once. She turned out to be absolutely stunning, very real and a lovely person to spend an evening or two with!

So it’s not always a case of something being afoot

Less likely to be fake than one where a guy has put female or couple pics up and is pretending to be those.

Or where someone obese is taking pics from flattering angles to gain interest, or use old pics from years ago when they consider themselves more attractive, and then when/if you do meet you don't actually recognise the person as the one in the pics (men do this as well as women).

If you're worried someone is fake then don't invest anything much in them or cut contact altogether.

Probably, but same goes for men too. We just block anyone with an avatar profile pic and that either has no veris, or hasn’t had any within the last 6 months. If we get it wrong, then we’ll never know, so no harm done Plenty of fakes on this site sadly.

I didn't have any photos for ages because I didn't know what to upload or how to take them myself.

I actually find use of language is a better "tell". Some profiles I read and I go "there is no way a woman wrote that". Reverse Google image search usually vindicates my hunches.

It could mean

She is shy.

She is nervous.

She is really sexy and knows if she puts pictures on her profile she wil get inundated with messages daily and doesn't want that.

She is worried somebody may recognise her from her pics. She is worried that may affect her job.

She is worried somebody may recognise her from her pics. She is worried that person may come up to her in real life and say he saw her on Fab.

She may want to make you wait until you meet. She may find that a sexy thing to do.

She may be insecure and feel her body is not good enough.

She may just think I don't want to put pictures up of myself.

She may not have anybody to take pics of her and she doesn't think seflies look good.

Etc

I think it is wrong to assume because somebody hasn't put any pictures up they are fake or have something to hide.

On a previous profile some of my best meets were with women who had no public pics.

I have no veris showing, but [pinches self and yelps] I'm most definitely real. If I'm planning to meet I'll "unhide" a couple of veris briefly, but other than that I don't show them. Personal preference - doesn't necessarily mean anything.

The amount of men who message me with no profile or any public pics are shocking! Yet they expect me to reply to them? Will never happen, so why would men message women with the same is beyond me, you're either desperate or just don't care whose hole you stick it in, but carry on if it works for you

They'd still show as verified on their profile. A lot of people pretend they are verified on here not realising others can tell.

I often show only my feet, spend most of my time hidden and don’t show verification, but I’m not fake and 100% a swinger.

I think the profiles with poor photo quality (clearly copied), badly written text (doesn’t ‘feel’ females) and verifications with ‘sucked his cock till he blew his full load on my dirty-slut face’ are more likely fake.

Not necessarily fake, probably just wanting to be discreet. It does get me though when a profile with no pics or barely visible pics demand for face pics. Which I think it shows a disregard for the person they're talking to and if such person's had any self-respect, they would simply move on...

It can mean they are fake. I know particularly in my area there are lots of males pretending to be females usually they can be spotted and eventually they tell the truth and say it’s my wife in the pics and I want her to have fun etc etc. It’s quite difficult to find real women in this area . I don’t know if this is similar across the country ? I don’t understand why anyone would want to do that myself but it happens a lot

When I came back online after deleting my old profile, I had a blank one for around 3 months. There are a variety of reasons some don't want to display pics. It's not always because they are fake. Though I'm sure some are
