Hi, we have noticed more more photos of women wearing anklets. We have always thought there should be away of letting like minded couples know we are available, even on a normal night out. Is the anklet the sign ? Cheers xx

I have to say this sign could be a red herring as I know some woman wear them without evening knowing about swinging or sharing as they have it on for jewellery purposes.

If I spot an ankle chain then I always try to see if there is like another sign they could be a swapping couple on the chain like sex symbols or words. Then I wouldn’t go straight in with do you swap lol but try to strike a general conversation and get to know them better to see if any other signs or suggestions happen.

I wear them in the summer on the beach but I wear it because it looks great not for any other reason.

If you look in all the fashion shops at the moment (top shop etc) they are now back in fashion.

Definitely need to be careful if you just use it as a sign

Weve used one on nights out with HW on it. Not sure anyone has ever noticed, at least nobody has ever approached us or mentioned it!

For a while it was exciting at the thought of someone seeing it now mostly I think we'd be caught off guard if they did!! Got so used to it not being noticed!

If you spot an anklet, comment on it. Compliment the wearer and ask if it has any significance. A lot of people wear them as simple jewellery.

I noticed a very smartly dressed woman in a bar in knightsbridge wearing an anklet with "hw" letters, shared a few glances and caught me looking at her ankle.......and slight smile.....

Went to get another drink and jokingly asked her if they had any meaning....., her reply was I'm sure you know but feel free to find out....

Fantastic night......was had

I will wear a anklet off the scene but not on the scene, I don't know the swinging rules of anklets so I would rather not send out the wrong signal

Exactly this! Open with something like: "That's a fab ankle bracelet!" and see where the conversation goes from there

How about an anklet that says fab on it, i keep trying to find one, would let other fab users know you are on the site ive seen girls out with 'fabulous' on chains & bracelets, so fab would not be too obvious only to other fab users. X
