thread hijackers

if your reading what seems like an interesting thread on the forum does any one else get a little frustrated when it gets hijacked by one liners and "in jokes", to the point where you have to sift through for genuine contributions to the thread, dont mean the threads that are supposed to be light hearted, but sometimes on the more serious subjects i find it really annoying

Make sure you add 2 eggs (not 1) and it'll turn out light and fluffy ..

Im just as bad as the rest at hijacking and sometimes it cheers a thread up no end,but with the serious subjects sometimes I would like to read the replies without all the chit chat

Some subjects are really informative and helpful to people who need advice from people more experienced in swinging
