As the title suggests, I'm curious as to whether or not people's kinks/fetishes/fantasies are a reflection of the way they carry themselves in every day life.

Myself, I found being dominant (sexually) natural because that's exactly what I'm like in real life. Only later having explored (and very much enjoyed!) the sub role have I realised that the way I act sexually is nothing like how I am in real life.

I've always felt that to be the case with previous cuck couples I've met: had I passed the chap in the street, I wouldn't have guessed in a million years that he would be so submissive in the bedroom and enjoy being humiliated!

What's folk's experience of this then?

I think both of us are opposite to our normal selves when it comes to our sexual interests.

Hubby is not dominant in real life but he is assertive and confident. In the bedroom he can be those things but likes to be more submissive.

I on the other hand come across as very confident in normal life but that is all a facade. I am a people pleaser and care about what people think of me. In the bedroom hubby gives me the opportunity to be in charge and take what I want! This has been a revelation and an utter joy to discover this side of me, I love that I am still discovering parts of this too!

I remember the first time I did it, it was as though no one else was there - it didn't make the slightest difference! Always thought beforehand that I might have struggled
