I am hesitant about letting people near my ball, as I had one removed due to cancer back in 99. So far no one has bothered react to it yet, but there will always be one.

In my case they gave me the implant at the same time (also through the abdomen) - I'm not sure I would have gone for a 2nd operation...

Thats what put me off, it was cad enough the first time. I think I was a bit pre occupied with the cancer side of things.

I have huge balls . If anyone wants to see them just ask I’ll send pic . My balls shoot really big loads and I’d be willing to shoot on cam if anyone wants just ask .
