I've never seen or heard of a list of mods anywhere - but if you go into the chat rooms the mods will have a * next to their names - so if you need to speak to one just browse through the rooms until you find one - there's usually a few about somewhere

And then stick them on ya hotlist, so you can see when they are online if ya need them.

It is in the film but someone wanted to know who "they" (the moderators) were.

Most forums have an indicator on the mods profile. For some reason they don't do that here.
