I had Samsung for a year cancelled my contract went back to apple. Some things I prefer with the Samsung however the battery life was crap.

Always had Android phone and tablet and with the exception of the first one always Samsungs - never had a problem.

Currently have an A5 which is the same spec as the S8 but much cheaper

Samsung S9 dual SIM (for work and personal, honest) - Though tbh they're way overpriced. I still find it hard to justify the price.

I'd not have an iPhone if they paid me, always at least 3+ years behind technology and 10x what they're worth.

I should have looked closer at the Huawei p20 or Google pixel.

I have used both. To be honest they both make good handsets, the iPhone is very user friendly, the Samsung, being Android is open source and speaking to the tech savvy.

The only reason I switched to Samsung was because I got pissed off with all the restrictions on their phones.

A, don't know how folk put up with Apple's BS.

B, there about 12 months behind Samsung on nearly every front.

C, I hate there OS and especially ICloud.

Applications/Utilities.. Open a terminal and fix it with RM -Rf / IT guys hate that Apple don't know how to design an OS. Sexy cosmetic design they win at though.

Have had a Samsung phones for years and wont change the brand for anything.

For me, its the larger size and the outstanding photo capture quality that does it for me.

Very robust, very reliable and battery life if pretty damn good too.

I'm sure Apple make a great product too but I can't be associated with the brand that attracts idiots who camp outside a store for days in order to get their hands on the latest device. Idiots.

I have to say that i am a bit of a Samsung tech guy though and that all started from the phone. My laptop, tablet, phone, tv, sound bar, washing machine, fridge freezer and micro wave are all Samsung

Currently running an s6 but need an upgrade due to battery.

Really don't like iPhones for the reason highlighted above. Restricted, overpriced. Not a huge fan of Samsung's either. They have all been a bit flimsy since the s3, batteries are not as solid as they could be and they are loaded with bloatware.

Really need something about the same performances as my s6 with better battery life and less bloatware.

The iPhone is totally superior in every way.

I can’t stand the Samsung.

Mrs has Samsung work and is indifferent about it, iPhone personal phone loves it

Nb the “spare phone” is a Nokia old school style. It’s excellent.
