Ladies - would you consider cosmetic surgery?

I would and intend to have a brow lift in a few years as I think it takes years off you if you get a good surgeon. Wouldn't rule out a facelift at 60 either!

No, I wouldn't. I've seen some great results and if I could take a pill with no side effects and get the same results I'd do it. I wouldn't have surgery again unless I needed it medically though.

If I had an excess of cash I would, I'd get lipo on my belly and the fat injected into my arse and hips, and a hair transplant.

I had a breast reduction yonks ago and there can't be any worse pain than that.

No...in the long term I think women of a certain age just end up looking like they are trying to hang onto youth and it strips character from their face
