I have a shower douche separate from the shower itself. It’s commonly referred to as a “bidet hose, bum gun or Shattaff” the latter I find childishly funny.

If I’m giving myself a clean or a partner wants to have a clean, the standard spray head is changed for a nozzle. A relaxing while later, and after a short walk to the main shower to clean off completely, we’re good to go

Totally agree with this! You can not always predict what the human body will do and as stated above if your squeamish maybe you should avoid anal. Having said that I would always make sure I’m clean and ready for a meet and would expect the same in return
