Maybe it’s the only remaining way to find a spot!

They are a pain in the ass. Invasion of privacy as people use them to fly over high fences and look into peoples houses. When you ask them to stop filming they claim it’s their right even thought they are breaking my rights of privacy in my own home.

If only jammers or handguns were legal, I’d shoot any drone that peered over my fence or when into my property. Saying that a shotgun would do the trick.

Tempted of getting and teaching a hawk to take the drones out the sky. Mind you they will probably cry and try to get the hawk terminated.

I don’t think so, whilst there are some daytime doggers, the majority that we know go out late at night.

Consumer drones don’t have good enough cameras to combat the low light at night and I doubt many drone owners would want to fly at night through fear of hitting a tree and writing their drone off.

Those with commercial drones, again, wouldn’t want to fly at night because of the risk to their very very expensive equipment that they depend on for their income, when your kit costs upwards of £8/9k, is perving on people banging in the woods worth the risk?

I wouldn’t risk mine for it.

So, to answer your question OP, no, I don’t think so.

Considering how loud they are, you couldn't sneak up on anyone without them knowing.

The cameras you need to watch out for are in the undergrowth and set off by movement. They are there to record wildlife activity. You won't hear and are a lot less likely to see one of them...

As i understand it , its against the law to fly any drone within 150m of any building you dont have rights over ( asked to fly near ) and the max high you must fly is 120m so they cant fly over a house without asking , but in the open you cant stop anyone taking pictures ,if you can see it in a public place you can take pics of it ! But if your on private land and they fly over it , as long as you cant see who it is again you cant stop them , if you can see faces and know who it is its wrong , i think the law needs changing and its out of date with the tec availble now ,

There’s a big hate for drones. I bet 99% of owners are not remotely interested in what joe blogs are up to. They Just want to see a birds eye view, so next time you have a problem with your roof, and the contractor get his drone out to survey your roof, you going to call him a pervert.

What about the microlight’s been in the sky for years taking pictures.

We are the most cctv country in the world. No one complains about that.
