That really depends on what sort of things you enjoy.

I will start some what optimistically assuming that money is no object. In this case for those wanting a lot of cock stimulation it would be a Serious Kit milking system which gives sensations somewhat similar to a lubed wank or blowjob but not quiet either.

Male milking machines borrows their concept from modern farming technology. Using a method of generating a pulsed partial vacuum supplied to a receiver into which the penis is sucked into and it is massaged. The second vacuum supply passes through a pulsator which causes this supply to be constantly switching between the centre vacuum and ambient pressure and this is supplied to the gap between the liner and the hard shell. This pulsed supply causes the liner to contract and massage the penis. The receiver is also designed to have a constant supply of lube trickled in so everything is keep nice an moist and slippery.
