Just read that some guys are getting injected with saline to get huge balls.

Do women like huge balls? Saggy ball sac? My scrotum is tight, tighter when I'm aroused.

Yes I've heard of scrotox, botox injections in the scrotum to smooth them out and make them look less wrinkly. This sounds kind of similar.

Saggy and long droopy balls are a turn off for me. Runners tend to get them. Barf mungas
