Yeah with the right fit it'll have you erect for as long as you want. Sometimes it's a long wait for the erection to go down, to get it off.

Some come with butt/prostate plugs. I have a silicon ring and plug that's nice to wear.

Believe me, get a stainless ring stuck on your genitals and there’s nothing the fire brigade can do for you!
