Best UK swinging locations

Swadlincote

So if I wanted to go on a break somewhere in the UK where would be the most active and open for swinging?

Cornwall seems fairly quiet with spikes around tourist times also not very open to outside visitors.

Bristol seemed ok but not hugely busy.

London was quieter than I expected.

East Midlands is very bi and or size orientated. Though the club scene seems very active.

Anyone give a general overview of other areas?
