"I like sucking cock, but I would never date a guy. There's no romantic inclination like with women, I just enjoy the cock!" I think lots of bi guys think like that. It would be interesting to hear from a guy who likes men and women equally. My guess is that they are pretty rare. I have chatted to a guy who is married to a bi guy, but I guess that’s pretty metrosexual!

"And although I consider myself bi, I prefer straight men. And if the man is bi..not sure what it is, but can't deal with bi bottoms" In the eyes of a female, a guys sexuality shouldn't matter. Bi men (for all intents n purposes) are essentially straight. Makes no difference performance wise. I am all ears for hearing a convincing argument to the contrary.

This is about a valid as me telling a man, "in the eyes of a male, a woman's weight/hair color/shape/ sexual desires or whatever shouldn't matter." Nah. For some it does, for others it doesn't. It is what it is. And bi men are NOT essentially straight. Straight is STRAIGHT. Bi men are BI men. Why is that hard to comprehend? Has nothing to do with their performance. It has to do with idiosyncrasies of attraction.

Certainly not me. I understand you're bisexual and trying to make your case though that women shouldn't care or it should be irrelevant-- but that's not reality. I could care less if a man didn't want to mess with me because I like women. I wouldn't try to convince him that his desire not to is wrong either.

I can only speak for me as to why it matters and why I can only deal with bi to a point. I'm just really turned off by the thought of a man I play or mess with being sexually involved with a man aside from oral. Like it's just a plain ol' turn off. I'm even more turned off if he's a bottom. It's just not how/what I envision in a man I'm involved with. Again, it's the idiosyncrasies of attraction.

Firstly, its couldn't care lass, could care less makes no sense. Secondly, I'm not trying to convince you, I'm asking for a legitimate reason why a woman would prejudice a bi guy for the sake of straight sex. I'm not talking about relationships, from that perspective it makes sense. Purely in sexual terms why does it matter?

BTW, "could care less" is an American Idiom. What a little snowflake you are for blocking me LOL

"However when it comes to "preferences" and "personal choice" to meet - a guys sexuality may indeed have a bearing for whether a lady wants to meet. agreed, but im asking for a clear definition of why that matters as you say, the plau by definition is straight." There can be any number of reasons a lady might hold that preference some valid, some not necessarily so (in your eyes perhaps) but they're still preferences all the same - and personally I'd rather worry about those whose preferences I do match, than those whose I don't. Of course if those preferences are based in homophobia or ignorance I'll point out why they are wrong and try and educate where education is welcomed but generally speaking I respect preferences whether it be about meeting bisexual men, or men with blue eyes, or any of the other myriad preferences people express. To give a few examples of valid reasons for preferring not to meet bisexual men though: Whatever the rights or wrongs of it, blood donations are still only accepted from people who've not knowingly had sexual contact with a bisexual or gay man for period of 3 months. Some are just turned off by the idea of playing with a guy who has played with a guy plain and simple. Whilst there are no guarantees with anyone, even with safe sex, bi/gay men are a higher risk group for STIs and some make the choice (rightly or wrongly) not to risk sexual contact with people who come from that group. I'm aware of all the arguments and counter arguments with some of the above, so please don't roll them out and turn this into the usual circular argument - I only list them as examples of some of the preferences that people express for not meeting bi men and preferences it's pointless trying to convince them to change, so no point in worrying about them.

" Thank you for pointing this out. And not being like the other poster who decided to PM me and tell me I'm an idiot for my preferences even though I broke it down and explained why I feel the way that I do. With that said, I've still played and messed with bisexual men because in the end a preference is a preference-- not a prerequisite for me! It means, yes I REALLY like chocolate ice cream, but sure I'll eat vanilla and strawberry sometimes.

"Also people seem to really simplify bisexuality. Like-- LOTS of people, especially a lot of men on this site and in this thread are BISEXUAL--as in they can/like having sexual activity with people of the same sex. But LOTS of them are mostly hetero-romantic, meaning they can only fall in love and be in relationships with people of the opposite sex. They are not bi-romantic. It seems quite rare for bi guys to want a relationship with a man - their bisexuality only seems to go as far as the physical. I know that many bi guys don’t like kissing men because I guess they see that as being ‘romantic’ I think these are the type of guys who get confused about their sexuality and will still think they are 'straight'-- because they don't seem themselves in a romantic relationship with someone of the same sex. But they need to not get it twisted, they definitely are still bisexual."

Your asking if bi people are greedy, he’s asking about preferences. I don’t see yours as being ‘comprehensive’. People are bisexual because they like both sexes not because they are greedy.

"A question for the bi people on here. Do you prefer to be with someone of the opposite sex or of the same sex? I know a lot of the time it will depend on mood. " We both prefer the people that we find attractive and make us feel comfortable. Whether they are male or female doesn't come into it. Attraction is in the mind, far more than in the eyes.
