Isn’t it frustrating getting asked for a picture and rude person doesn’t send you one back?

Maybe they know you and decide better not to send...its not in the rules they MUST return a facepic.. block and move on

Perhaps if you have agreed to exchange face pictures and the other party doesn't.

However what avenue for complaint do you have? None.

Continue the dialogue and ask them why a picture wasn't sent. If you're annoyed then block and move on.

I would be wary that the person I'm saying no thank you to took exception to my refusal and used my pic for revenge. If I sent my pic first and they said no thank you, I wouldn't be interested in what he looked like.
