Is it me or is flirting in the work place a daily occurance! Anyone got any experiences of where it goes further than just flirting

Every day at work for me if I’m on my own with my receptionist things always get flirty.

Last week i complained of a bad back and she started massaging me, it made me thinkthere must be a lot of flirting going on in the work place without their partners ever knowing
