How to prevent sore bits

We are off to Cap Dag in a few weeks, last year we both got pretty sore after a few days of intense action

We are fully armed with lube and caginal cream etc but would appreciate any advice or tips.

I don't think there's any way to prevent it. Use lube before you think you need it maybe?

Pack a dust pan and brush. One of those aerosol air canisters to blow out the Pipes. Some cotton buds and pipe cleaners. Some industrial grade 3 grease , cling film preferably m&s . A dozen lint bandages and a packet of monster munch
