Hey, it's to bad that so many people don't understand the use of lighting when taking pictures! So many posted pictures are almost impossible to make out, due to poor lighting, or, using a flash when in front of a mirror. There are many very sensual pictures, but, because of the poor lighting they are unintellegable. Even making the pictures larger, makes no difference.

Sometimes the flash in front of the mirror is intentional -if done right it can blot out a face or identifying tattoos. Yes lighting is important -but try as i might I can never seem to get enough light in my flat -even with all the lights on and lamps pointed at me, my cameraphone does an amazing job of dissapointing me.
