As these seem to be the latest thing, most from what I’ve seen, seem to be oriented around black and mixed race guys. Are there any that cater for black and mixed race females as well and their admirers?

There are some. You may be able find them by looking at some of the said ladies' verifications. I think one such party is "Ebony Dreams" ot similar.
