Yes me belong to two clubs and also British Cycling.

It'd be an interesting club kit.

So what are most people into Road, Cyclo-cross or MTB?

Very keen cyclist but have not ridden for 8 months due to a re-occuring heart condition. Have a few ops coming up this year, so will be back in the saddle next year.

Another roadie here, formaer 2nd cat racer, gave up racing after a few bad stacks and now time trial.

Just got back from my annual "training camp" in Majorca

Whilst the idea of swinging/cycling is quite attractive, there would need to be a good shower in between the 2 disciplines!

I love getting out on the trails on my mountain bike, but I'm not so keen on road cycling. Longest cross country to date is 30 miles a few weeks ago...my nether regions needed some tlc after that one!

Did London to Paris challenge a couple of years back. Fantastic ride through villages and towns you’d never see if you drove down. Well I hadn’t any way.

Good luck with it. X

Good luck with that ride, you are doing it for a good cause as well.

Most I have done is the Liverpool to Scarborough fun ride, it was a slog at times but I did it in under 11 hours.

Roadie, Track (Derby Velodrome) and MTB rider here, also used to be a pro bike mechanic, I still build a few wheels for friends now and again and of course still fixing shit; my bikes, my kids, club riders, damsels in distress... I often ride the roads around the Peaks and MTB centres - Cannock and Sherwood Pines which are pretty local and further afield in Wales, Lake District..

I did Land's End to John O Groats? Fully panniered up too( to the extent I could hardly lift the rear end(fnar)up by the seat).

Only discipline I wanted to try was the track, used to time trial years ago. I have forgotten the dark art of getting a wheel true, can still lace up the odd wheel though.

"Have done a few big rides including Ride London 100 3 times.

I've done Ride London twice - the first year and last year, both great weather. I won the ballot again this year but turned it down as it's an expensive weekend for a northerner, and it's not the sort of thing I need to do every year.

I went sub 4.5hrs last time with 4hrs 27 minutes... The next benchmark is 4:15 and i don't think I could hit that now I'm not racing!

Now mostly MTB though.

Road here. Cambridgeshire roads so reasonably flat.

Enjoy the occasional long distance ride. Hoping to do the Loire valley soon - Angers to Nevers.

May even cycle to South of France. Eurostar to Paris then cycle to Marseille. Solo!

Hiding in the shadows

I used to race, track, TT, CX endurance events, my hips are shot so had to stop competing.

Only cycle for fun these days, love cycle touring on my Dawes and still do the odd charity event.

I'm BC Coach, coach a youth development team, Cytech mechanic & coordinate local CTT events
