So how many of you work nigh shifts then?

I can’t help nosing on here whilst working in the small hours.

I (mr) was on nights for the whole of last week, finished at 6 this morning, home , showered and bedded by 7, fukn wide awake already after less than 2 hours sleep, its brutal the havoc it plays with your body clock

I did. Woke up about 10. Thought ‘there’s no way I’ve had ebough’ Just woke up again now and feel terrible.

Try being expected to sign on at any time between 0001 and 2359 to work a shift which could last for between 6 and 11 hours and having to drive yourself home afterwards.6 nights a week.

Predominantly night shifts for B. He can have to work literally any time of day, but it makes meeting a nightmare!
