So of the 1 in 5 who're willing to meet only 1 in 5 actually turn up? I'm not great at maths but i make that only 1 in 25 fabbers bother to show.

You need to filter more I've never had a problem. You usually know by the second or third message if they're suitable or interested

I agree. I’ve often advocated chatting on the phone as the best way. But that doesn’t prevent a number of people who have good intentions from suddenly losing their bottle.

I think a decent chat on the phone where sex isn’t mentioned at all is helpful to separate the wankers from the wheat.

Most importantly is arranging a time that suits you both as soon as possible, reducing the possibility of people’s nerves getting to them

No it's not.

In the first (1 man going to 5 meets but only 1 woman showed up) he had a 20% success rate in meeting up.

In the second, each of the 5 men had a 100% success rate for that one meet that they each went to.

Yeah that's about right. If we wanted to meet a new couple in 3 weeks time then we'd message 3-5 couples now.

I chat to quite a few on here. Doesn’t always mean I want to meet them and vica versa. So on that basis probably a lot lower. Maybe 1 in 20
