It's usually quite easy to teach it to retract, just needs very regular exercise (works best when a teen) but a lot of boys are just too lazy

When I was a teen mine would not go right back used to be sore if I tried. Then one day for some reason I worked at it while playing it gradually went back more and more...a bit sore but sort of nice. Eventually "Plop" it went over the rim of my helmet. Made my cock pump up harder.

Then I nearly shit myself when I couldn't get it back.

Such a relief when I went soft again to be able to get it back to normal.
