I am not that big but when your taking a piss and you're a little full, it can be a bit annoying as there is no hiding it, especially if someone is stood beside you. Gyms or steam rooms can be a bit of a pain too - you really have to steer clear of looking or thinking about things that might turn you on, as you can be chilling then next thing a thought pops into your head and wham, you've got a bulge no amount of sideways walking can hide.

Doesn’t have to be big for a public hard on to be a problem.

When it's limp it's a manageable size but in the gym that is a problem. One I've yet to find a way round. I have to avoid treadmills but have been known to spend longer on the rowing maching thinking about Bernard Manning in a Mankini to get it down a few times.
