Do cock rings spoil your erection?

Why do people wear cock rings?

Advice please...

I tried one but although my cock gets girthy I found it difficult to get an erection in the first place lol. Is that necessarily so?

cock rings do have great effect with guys who can get erections but find it hard to keep it,

if you cannot get an erection they will not work as you need a little pressure to start with,

they restrict the flow of blood so any that passes into the cock is held to help keep pressure thus keeping you hard when sometimes concentration lapses,

they do make you girthier,

if you cannot get an erection wearing one it could be possible that its too tight and stopping blood flowing to cock,

you need a good fit , too loose and it has no effect, too tight and it can get very uncomfortable very quick if the blood cannot naturally release.

when you have the right size they can be amazing especially when you cum it feels much more intense

I think there are different types of rings too. We bought a vibrating one originally and it was so tight (I'm very girthy) I lost all sensation in my penis. I couldn't even tell I was still hard - quite scary and took 20m to return. We've now got one with an adjustable strap which makes a huge difference. But has put me off trying the other sought completely though maintaining an erection is not an issue anyway.
