Party......for real

Following on from my humour thread about a party, I am actually thinking of organising and hosting a party, (since I never seem to get invited to any )

I would appreciate some advice. I'm thinking I will book a classy upmarket city centre apartment, but I was wondering what people would expect?

I would request people to bring their own alcoholic drinks, and would be asking for an even contribution from people who wish to stay overnight in the apartment with me, and just a small contribution from others just to go towards the cost of soft drinks and nibbles.

How about getting people to interact? Music? Games etc? Do you provide wipes, towels etc?

Thank you for any advice you may halve.

Definitely need some background music, and some light hearted games to start with once everyone has got in and greeted each other

That depends on how many people are coming and what kind of party you want to have

No drinks in apartment is best option no need to worry about people breaking things and spoiling the day for others... Someone I knew from fab did similar and they had a evening night out in the bar and then they moved the apartment for some fun....

Is it limited to 175 participants?

Brighton - even Hove!

My first consideration would be ‘where’?
