Just a bit early ..most folks will be on there way home from work or getting the tea on ..no time to get ready,shower. dressed up, getting there..I think a 9pm time would suit most or a weekend meet time

Organise a private event, i can see this being a popular thing if organised right some people love dogging but dont want the drama it brings, a controlled environment would make it popular
