I’ve seen that Nivea have released some Male body shaving products. Haven’t tried them myself, but might be worth checking out.

Use Gillette Venus lady razors and lady shave gel.best done in shower.stretch skin with fingers and use small strokes with razor.rinse razor frequently and moisturise with body lotion afterwards.if you nick yourself apply vasoline after shower to affected area.
