There used to be one named ‘SwingerCast’ an American couple discuss their experiences in the lifestyle. I’m not sure if it’s still going.

'We Gotta Thing' is our favourite. Mr and Mrs Jones are around our age and share their thoughts and experiences, from relative newbies to being a few years into the lifestyle. Its quite laid back and relaxed, but they have a nice rapport, so we don't find it dull like some podcasts.

I'll also recommend 'Savage Lovecast'. It's more a general sex/relationship advice show than swinging, but open relationships are a regular topic. Sometimes WTF, sometimes disturbing, always interesting. Stick with it past the introductory rant to get to the problem section - he always does a few minutes on politics to open. That can be worth listening to, but does tend to be very specific to America.

Not a podcast as such, Art of Naughtiness by juicypeach is a lovely youtube channel for stories. The voice is fantastic

Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight

LBC radio show, and a catch up for 7 days, Lucy Bearesfords sex and relationship show, Saturday 8-10pm had a first hour discussing topics, the second hour is an advice segment, which throws up a few gem calls. There have been a few swinging calls, generally can get meets, but can't find love.

Just getting into Life in the Swingset, which has a great 4 part episode run (starting around episode 60) called Swinging for Dummies. Been fascinating for newbies like us!
