Ask any hotel near an airport for a daytime rate and hours, they are used to people flying in and out 24hours, so needing a room 10.00am till 4pm isn't unusual, and the number of hotels near an airport makes the rates competitive.

Slightly cheaper than Dayuse and their web pages work better (search facility)

No Credit card needed, cancel up to an 1hr beforehand, can pay in cash on departure..... they know who their day time customers are...

I love the Village Hotels, use of the pool and tub / saunas included, rooms available from 10am til 5pm, there’s always a Starbucks or their bar for the quick social before heading up to great rooms.

You can find some real gems if you keep looking, real old haunted country houses with quirky rooms and bars with massive marble fireplaces rather than pinball machines.

It all adds atmosphere even if even if its not the main purpose of the booking

Oh they do know. I used to work on reception in the welcome break which was the services along the M4 and we'd have loads of day room guests.

They were the best ones as they usually only used the bed and the shower and towel and never fucked up the tea coffee stuff it used the cups or brought food to the room and leave crumbs everywhere.
