Just remembered, several years ago I did contact a couple who it turned out were on holiday. We did meet for a social and later for fun. Several meets on their return visits. Family in area.

Does seem this feature is hardly used!

I definitely feel it would be effective it only showed people that match your search parameters. Even if it was over a wider area, surely a much better success rate?
