These are ways we have learnt to spot a timewaster or timewasters from the offset.

1. “I may be 100+ miles away but I can drive to meet you.”

2. “Yes we could meet there” Then when you say let’s meet tomorrow...

“Oh I can’t make it this week!”

3. “I can send pictures via KIK!”

Few if any photos on their page but require you to send them pictures.

Our personal favourite, is when the man of a "couple" says I'm only meeting on my own currently as my wife/gf is unavailable!! Lol.

I need I say though there is perhaps too muh scepticism on here as it is really really difficult for single guys who don't go to clubs to gain confidene of other users. I attempted to attend my first club on Friday in Preston but there were only two people in and they don't do verifications. It's really frustrating.

I would never display nor provide a verification, plenty correspondence and telephone or Skype chat is how I would decide if I wanted to meet someone, maybe not everyone's choice but it's the only way I'd do it, also lets you find the ones who want to meet lots of people, also not my thing

Also can't assume everyone can just arrange a meet at the drop of a hat ...

I've noticed this from some couples in particular who've approached me and from their profiles who expect you to fit in with their short notice requirements, pay for a room etc.

I'm not sure being unable or unwilling to bow to demands could constitute time wasting on my part...?

I get this a lot from couples....we are going to dinner then a show... we might be able to meet after for fun...

Ok fair enough... so I’m supposed to find something to do on a Friday or Saturday night and wait for the Couple to text me....

My luck has been if I go out with friends or a vanilla date. I get a text between 12am-3am from the Couple... if I just sit around and wait for them. I get a text the next day saying “ sorry about last night , my wife was not in the mood “

Can you do something tonight?

So you can’t win sometimes

How about organising your own social?...

Invite everyone on here rather than just people from the age group, partner status, orientation etc. you are looking for.

5. No actual verifications on show. They may have the green tick but they do not show any verifications, instead have supposed verifications posted in their profile text!!!

This always makes me chuckle.

It's okay for a woman on a couples profile to meet alone? All pics of her with one pic that's been photo bombed by a cock?

In fact that's most couples profiles isn't it?

I read veri's on single guys profiles from couples. 9 times out of 10 they've met the woman on her own and sent pics to her partner?? But I'm guessing because she's a woman, she can't possibly be a fake or time waster?

We've never had problems with time wasters. What does bother us are the profiles where they just stop talking to you for no reason, I'm sure most people wouldn't just stop talking to someoneid conversation and walk away.

We always ask to meet for a social and drinks first to see if we get on, time wasters can't be assed with all that and say they are looking for a quick shagor anything your not into...

Im new to this but I have developed a few techniques.... Face pics in first message. Otherwise delete. I have mine posted so I think that is only fair.

I refuse to travel or accommodate for the first meeting.

If I don't here from you the day of the meet AND two hours before for a confirmation - the date is canceled.

If hotel meet, they send me the hotel confirmation.

I figure if its paid for, they will show up.

So far so good.

As you see, its not about the profiles, its about how Im treated. Like an actual person xxx lol

All good but might i just say some people like to hang back with the face pics a little till they feel more at ease. We tend to hold off more due to her job, remember some people work services and i can imagen in large population centers this can sometime make people worry. The rest is all spot on though...and we have a few trick of our own but dont think leaving them here would be a good idea.

Recently a local couple to us posted that they wanted a meet in order to get a varification, me the ever so helpful male half offered to meet them in a local pub for a pint a social i explained that wife was away and just fancied a evening out for a beer in exchange for proving they were real. Never even got a no thank you, we're not all fake some of us really do have a wife who is away.
