Is fab addictive ? how long do you spend on fab before it is too much ?

As long as you still use your phone with two hands when you are on fab, there is nothing to worry yet

Yes it is. And I think 1h 26mins and 30 seconds is generally considered the maximum time before you are "lost" to Fabland for ever more.

i log on all the time all day everyday , even have a peek when i wake up in the night

on a day off i can sit on here for 12 hours

it just dosent bore me in the slightest .if it did i would go to the pub .

so good in a way as im saving loads not drinking at the pub .
