Just out of interest because I'm considering getting my clit pierced but does it enhance oral and fucking?? Does a tongue piercing make any difference to oral??

I don't have a clit piercing, so I can't comment on that one but I do have my tongue pierced and I've been told that it makes a difference and feels good to other people

I’ve had my clit pierced, when mr b gives me oral it feels amazing!!! Finger play also feels more intense. I’m loving mine, I don’t have my tongue pierced so can’t comment on that.

I use to have mine done twice vertical and horizontal, I didn't find it did that much but I wasn't with my now husband, other have said how good it is, it also depends on the length of the bar vertical so the ball sits in the right place, I had mine done just before I was 18, my first piercing after my ears lol

Yes clit good piercing not the actual clit itself that would cause significant damage!!

Find yourself a reputable piercer though I went on the recommendation of somebody who from this site had it done locally to me, I read the reviews and did my research it’s not something to be decided on a whim

Yes and I didn’t wait six weeks think was about a week it was all healed and fine I’ve had no adverse effects at all

Thanks for all your replies it has certainly given me food for thought. I wouldn't want nerve damage or loose the ability to orgasm. Great advice on just getting the hood done. It's just a thought at the moment. To be honest I don't feel I need a tongue piercing to give good oral, I already do. And I have amazing orgasms. I just wondered if it would be worth it.

Another thing to consider is whether you’re anatomically suitable for it. To have the actual clit done, it needs to be large enough; to have the hood done, you need to have enough room. One way of checking is used by Angel, whom advises using a cottonbud. If the tip can go under the hood, then that’s a positive sign.

Few piercers will pierce your actual clit. Most will only pierce your hood. Many clits are unsuitable for piercing the actual clit. I doubt many women could take the pain.

Clit hood looks and feels amazing for both the female and her sexual partner.

Your mileage may vary. The whole point is that every piercing and every individual is different. Most piercings are, in effect, reversible. That's the best reason not to pierce anywhere with lots of nerves, because damage to them is irreversible.

Technically illegal to get any piercings in that area now for females due to fgm, anybody with one will be put on a list as a potential victim of abuse :/ it’s ok tho as you can still mutilate a penis is it’s in the name of religion or aesthetics but girls apparently cant decide if they want a piercing or not, shame really as there a lot of fun, it didn’t make much difference for my ex until we stretched her up from the 1.2mm she was pierced at to a 1.6mm as the 1.2 was scaring me from a cheese wire effect, she absolutely loved the feel of the taper in and said it made her cum just walking around shame it was to long to be worn as actual jewellery for her

Many decent piercers now police themselves and refuse to do underage genial piercings. The list you refer to is perhaps when it’s noted on medical records when women are being examined.

Am pierced myself and have been over 20 years had several in my penis but now have just the Prince Albert which I will always keep. As for female piercings, having had many partners with labia or clitoral hood piercings I find they impede my ability to perform great oral which is my real passion..

I've found that having a vch has made my clit more sensitive than before, presumably because as the lower ball of the bar rests on it there's an element of perpetual stimulation day to day, albeit it slight. It's never noticeably got in the way of anything though you do have to be wary of anyone with gaps between their front teeth!

As for oral with a pierced tongue, no-one's ever remarked that it's 'better' because I have one. That may reflect more on me and my technique than the potential benefits of a pierced tongue however

Not all piercers are trained for the broad range of genital piercings that are available. Perhaps the type of piercing and age of the client may have something to do with. Your friend may have to travel. I’ve been to Holier than thou in Manchester and Julie at Cold Steel in Camden London for piercings, and Kalima in Worthing has been recommended to me. Due to forum rules, I can’t post their links, but if you do a search, you’ll see the range of piercings they do. To be fair, I’ve never seen the actual clitoral piercing on the ‘menu’!

2 weeks would do, depending on your healing. Wee helps it heal, I heard. Played with mine after a few days. Just keep clean with salty water. I didn't have a barbell. Mine healed quickly, I've had my clit hood pierced twice first time was Vrrr lovely twinges, second time not so much.

I Had a VCH done in January and absolutely love it!!

5 seconds of pain, no after problems and sex after a week (from behind)

It pushes down on the clit when pressure is applied from a body, tongue, fingers etc so feels amazing.

My only downside is that I had to throw my favourite bullet away and buy a silicone one as the metal on metal is awful!
